I have been a Personal Trainer for 20 years so I have lots of experience in working with many types of people, helping them to achieve their goals. My areas of expertise have been in training women and helping them through different stages in their life ie post/pre natal, pregnancy yoga, GP referral and senior fitness.
I don't just look at your fitness goals I take into consideration your whole wellbeing and can incorporate some yoga and or massage into your personal package.
You will start with a full assessment and your program will include corrective techniques to rebalance where muscles and posture have become imbalanced due to lifestyle habits causing stress on the body.
Programs include stabilisation, flexibility, core, balance, plyometric, resistance and cardiovascular.
