You will start off with a Lifestyle Questionaire and then we will look at what it is you want to acheive. This usually takes 30-40 mins.

Between us we make a plan of how we are going to do this and then we do it. 

We can also look at your eating habits to ensure you are getting the best from your diet so your body can work at its most efficient. 

Your first training session with include a Fitness Assessment and you will be monitored on a 6 - 8 week basis to ensure we are on target. 

You can train in your own home with your equipment or we can bring equipment, you can train in the gym or training in the park has

become very popular and can also be fun.
